About Better Days Corporation

Committed to Person-Centered, Culturally Responsive Care

Better Days Corporation was founded with a simple belief: every person deserves safety, respect, and meaningful choice in how and where they live.

Who We Are

Better Days Corporation is a Minnesota 245D-licensed provider serving children and adults with disabilities and their families. We partner with individuals, guardians, and case managers to build supports that reflect each person’s strengths, culture, routines, and goals.

Our work is grounded in person-centered principles, trauma-informed care, and respect for cultural and linguistic differences. We recognize that families and support teams know the person best, and we listen first before recommending services.

We are proud to serve the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities, offering flexible options that adapt as individuals’ needs change.

Our Core Values

  • Dignity: We honor each person’s story, choices, and identity.
  • Safety: We prioritize physical, emotional, and environmental safety.
  • Partnership: We collaborate with families, case managers, and providers.
  • Cultural Respect: We value language, tradition, and community connections.
  • Accountability: We follow through, communicate clearly, and document well.

How We Work

Clear communication, reliable staffing, and responsive support are at the center of everything we do.

Listening & Assessment

We start by learning about the person’s daily life, priorities, safety needs, and what is already working well. We collaborate with the team to define clear service goals.

Person-Centered Planning

Services are built around the individual’s preferences, culture, and strengths. We work to support independence and meaningful participation in home and community life.

Skilled, Trained Staff

Our direct support staff receive training in person-centered practices, safety, and the specific needs of the individuals they support.

Ongoing Communication

We provide regular updates to families and case managers, and we adjust supports when needs change or new concerns arise.
