Our team works closely with individuals, families, and case managers to build flexible supports around each person’s goals, routines, and culture. Whether you need overnight supervision, help with daily living skills, or short-term respite, we partner with you to design a plan that fits real life.

Our 245D Waiver Services

Better Days Corporation provides Minnesota DHS 245D services designed to support health, safety, independence, and community participation. Services are delivered based on assessed needs, person-centered planning, and authorized service agreements.

Core 245D services that provide supervision, assistance, and skill support in the home and community to help individuals maintain safety, stability, and daily routines.
